Kyrgyz Manas airbase now being rented by Americans..

We (or to be more exact "Cerca" Turkish company) are building a navigation tower at the Kyrgyz Manas airbase now being rented by Americans for their transit supplies into Afghanistan. It may make you laugh but those Kyrgyz officials are really red in the face now! Fancy they had planned the tower to be as tall as 36 meters but they have money only for 22 meters now!
So it's such a mess here, such a big row between Yankees and Kyrgyz officials blaming each other in all possible sins. The Kyrgyz side reproaches Americans in insufficient paying for the exploitation of the base and demand higher rent. While Americans assert Kyrgyz officials are deep into corruption just steeling the rent money! Tensions are heightening with each passing day!
There are even rumors circulating here that those Kyrgyz cavemen are set to take American hostages so that to attract attention of president Obama!! They hope they can get more money on construction from the USA this way!
Things are looking so bad tasting here. Never seen similar mess before. Can't even exclude those crazy Kyrgyz men could take us hostages too. The latest rumor in here is that "Cerca" managers are also involved 'cause they forced out bribes from those Kyrgyz officials. That's just loony bin in here!!
All in all, I can't understand those Yankees..... they might have given that money bearing in mind they plan to occupy Manas till 2014 or so.... They have used to get everything for a song just.......
