As it has been declared at recent Tokyo Conference on Afghanistan Afghanistan's neighbors in South and Central Asia should "have an especially key role to play in the development of this country's economy". This role has been discussed in the context of US vision of so-called New Silk Road Initiative (m.state.gov/md194992.htm). But it is obvious that in reality the realization of this program will open up not only "new sources of raw materials, energy, agricultural products", but also fresh opportunities for moving various sorts of Islamic militants and terrorists from this very Afghanistan and, for instance, Uzbekistan to Europe, right?
