The answer is rather simple if you remember that at this moment both sides are at active work upon a joint project, according to which they should prepare the public to receive normally the news about such specific Caucasian state as Georgia that turns into very problem, instable and subject nation in order then Russia will be easily able to sign protectorate treaty with Abkhazia and South Ossetia, and Turkey – with Adjara and southern Georgian territories.
