Bloody murder! United Nations and Human Rights activists must pay attention at Tajikistan urgently. Technically the neighbor Uzbekistan has been freezing the life in the country. I'm representative of Canog Energy Inc. And our Company was to participate in the joint construction of HPP in Tajikistan. But I'm afraid that this project would be blocked without date.
Because of cease of Uzbek gas supply the Republic is in state of siege. When I came here I though that there is war's going on. There is no electric energy or gas here. Prices for food and vital goods are too high for common Tajiks. First-rate strategic facilities like aluminum smelter TALKO are freezed. Local government has already made declaration that Uzbek president Karimov is provoking increase of social disaffection on purpose. Uzbeks claim property of several Tajik facilities. There are mine areas on the Uzbek and Tajik borders.
That's flagrant outrage. It is impossible making business and cooperating economically in such conditions. It seems that Karimov is preparing for invasion in the country. Everyone here is sure that this aggression would be unpunished. They say that Karimov has backing of Americans and that they gave him blank cheque for relations with his neighbors in the region. And seemingly that this Uzbek tyrant thinks right like that.
I just wonder if that is true. It can't be so. There is must be some justice for this scoundrel.
