They say that high-ranking Afghans are exporting Afghan funds. That's bullshit. Those Yanks are robbing and peddling drugs and selling weapons and pocketing aid meant for local people seized all our money. They even kidnap people pretending that talibs did it. I was studying abroad when my uncle Abdullah was kidnapped. I had to go home for our family couldn't pay for my education after giving abductors $20 thousand. My uncle died right after returning home invalid and maimed. But he before death managed to tell that those "talibs" were led by American officer.
I know about a lot of similar incidents. Americans squeezed out my long suffering country. That's like some medieval barbarian plundering raid: killing men and raping women and taking every a little bit valuable thing. And now they are going home with great loot. And naive world community is astonished at Afghan national wealth going abroad in great amounts.
