Killing Afghans

We read in today's news that some civilian Afghans were sprayed with automatic rifle fire by a US soldier, killing many. This was no doubt the action of some nutjob, though there will be those who would attribute it to a direct order from the Pentagon - "would someone please go out and shoot up a bunch of innocents, please?"

When will the US understand that their presence isn't required in order for Afghans to die? Afghans do a perfectly adequate job of killing Afghans as it is - no outside help required. All non-Muslims need to get the hell out of there, pronto.
